Brant Lodge No. 663 Initiated two men into Freemasonry during the November 2017 regular meeting. Bro. Jose Blanco and Bro. Jason Grier are Hamilton District A’s newest Entered Apprentices, and the degree team performed to a high standard. The business meeting featured a ballot for our newest affiliated member, Bro. Trevor Shea, and also some amendments to our Bylaws.
R.W. Bro. Eric Marshall was presented with a $730 cheque for the Masonic Foundation project in support of Carpenter Hospice, one of his District charities for 2017-2018. The funds were raised when our Senior Warden agreed to have his beard shaved for the first time in 20 years!
The work was concluded in due form and Lodge was closed by W. Bro. Meecham at 9:45PM so that the Brethren could enjoy home made chili and refreshments.
