Brethren, just a quick reminder that our regular meeting on December 20, 2010 is at 6:00PM for a short session to go through our business, no degrees conferred, and Lodge will close at 6:30PM. Members are then welcome to attend Christmas Dinner at The Big Tomato, located at 421 Brant Street. Dinner is $23.95 plus tax and gratuity, and there is a cash bar as well as the option of paying a $10 corkage fee to bring your own wine.
For any wives/girlfriends or family members who want to wait at Brant Lodge while Lodge is in session, a cheese and cracker platter along with wine will be served from 6PM to 6:30PM in the Burlington Masonic Temple Banquet Hall.
During the evening, prizes will be raffled at $2 per ticket, 3 for $5 and 7 for $10. Prizes include three stuffed animals, ideal as gifts, as well as a $50 gift card for Future Shop and finally a Crown Royal gift set, complete with glasses! Proceeds to the Junior Warden’s fund.
The evening will be full of festive fun and fellowship, with toasts, grace and the opportunity to win one of our prizes! Tickets for our “Celebration of 60 Years” event will also be on sale by Lodge Officers.
The officers of Brant Lodge No. 663 want to remind all Brethren – if you have a drink, please do not drive home. Rides home and taxis will be arranged by the Junior Warden upon request, to help everyone stay safe on this evening of fellowship.
