To round out the calendar year, members of Brant Lodge enjoyed Christmas dinner together along with family and friends at Tyandaga Golf Course, with catering from Toni Birtch and his team. W. Bro. Trevor Shea and Bro. Scott Sprague presided over the evening and once again welcomed the Treasurer of Halton Womens’ Place to give a short presentation about the excellent work and support that the local shelter provides women in their hour of need.
The buffet included prime rib, a selection of salads, BBQ chicken, pasta as well as a delicious dessert tiramisu. Reflecting over the past ten years, it was notable to see the change in our membership, which now spans age 23 to 94, with a large group of mid-career men who enjoy each others’ company.
