The Installation of the Worshipful Master and Investiture of the Officers of Brant Lodge No. 663 was held on Monday September 16, 2013 according to Ancient Custom. W.Bro. Eric Marshall was Installed as Worshipful Master by an Installing Board lead by W.Bro. Russ Dean. W.Bro. Marshall has been an integral part of the leadership of Brant Lodge and his dedication was rewarded with over 80 Masons attending his Installation.
Bro. Jason Berardinelli also proved his proficiency in the Third Degree, marking the completion of his journey to Master Mason, and he was promptly invested as the Junior Steward of the Lodge in recognition of his fine work this year.
Visitors from as far away as London, Sarnia, Oakville, Hamilton, Grimsby as well as Colden, NY helped make the evening memorable, and reinforced the wonderful effect that visitation has on our Fellowship and vitality.
Brant Lodge No. 663 was also presented with the Gold Medal Award for best electronic newsletter (our website / blog) for 2012-2013. R.W. Bro. Allan Quainton, along with R.W. Bro. Jeffrey Baker presented the award to W.Bro. Marshall and W.Bro. Maennling, to warm applause from the Brethren.
After the Installation was complete, the Brethren retired to the Banquet Hall for more refreshments and Fellowship, as members and visitors rekindled relationships and recounted stories from the Summer recess.
