The Brethen of Brant Lodge, plus a visitor from Oakville Lodge no. 400 participated in an Emergent Meeting for the purpose of conferring the S.D. of a M.M. on Bro. Jason Berardinelli and Bro. Ryan Raypold. Both Candidates proved their proficiency to the satisfaction of the members present, and so the degree was conferred accordingly. The degree went smoothly, and a special Thank You to W.Bro. Jim Lawless who, with no preparation time, was able to step in to recover some key parts during the course of the Ceremony.
Following our most solemn and Ancient tradition, the Candidates were Raised and the evening was a success. Our Social Committee served excellent pulled pork BBQ sandwiches with beverages in the Banquet room following the meeting.
W.Bro. Matthew Maennling presided over his last meeting, with Master-Elect W.Bro. Eric Marshall in line to be Installed in September.
